• have versions for lots of web apps and cloud-based services. Things like Freshbooks, Freeagent, Shopify, Basecamp, Twitter, Delicious, Xero, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, Zendesk and Google Apps. 
• be a “must-have” piece of software
